The PEER REVIEW will provide the customer with an in-depth detailed REPORT critiquing the construction documents from the following perspectives:
  1. Coordination of all trades will be verified. Architectural elements, MEP & Structural interface.
  2. Adequacy of Design & Detailing of Water-Proofing Membranes (roof, exterior floor areas & walls).
  3. Adequacy of Design & Detailing of Structural Support System.
  4. Value-Engineering Review of Structural System.
  5. Specifications & General Notes reviewed for adequacy & conflicts.
